Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27 Short-Term Running Goals: Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running! Same as tuesdays run but just had time to add slightly more. Felt pretty good today but legs were a little fatigued from doing squats and lunges last night.

Ran with Mike today, just kept the pace nice and easy (although it felt hard for me today, I was pretty fatigued). But it was a good run and the it was nice to have someone to talk to, it makes the run go by so much faster.

| Went with my gal pals this morning. Very nice weather. Should have worn shorts and a tank. I love this weather! Leg was not tight at all today. It seems like it does after I go further than 10 so til moab i am sticking with 10 milers so I dont aggravate it too much. | Comments(4) |
