Slept in and went for a run after work, usually hate running in the afternoon but it felt great and I ran in shorts and t-shirt. Beautiful weather, overcast with a light breeze. Felt so good too, told myself to start, you only have to go five miles but ended up with 9. Started the week off just right!

Had a fantastic run. It went by so fast, it seemed like I just started and then I was done. When I run I really forget that I am pregnant, so far I dont feel my belly is heavy or pressure, in fact I really forget my belly is even there. The weather again was gorgeous. Thinking I may go get a pedicure today, my feet deserve and its getting uncomfortable to paint my own. Running 12 down the marathon course, cant wait! I have not been on it since marathon day. It has taken me this long to finally want to go back on it after that crazy day. I think the spring weather just gets me excited! avg pace 8:30

What a fun day today. Met Jody and ran 3.4 miles out to the finish line to catch the buses. Told my husband and Jody earlier that I thought I could pull off a 45 with the downhill but wasnt going to push myself to make it happen but would be happy with anything since I am just so dang happy that I still running and feeling great. Felt great the entire race, saw KellieS and talked to her for a split second while running(and lots of other bloggers before and after the race)Ended up coming in at 45 flat. Was very happy with that. Saw TONS of friends and chatted and had my belly rubbed alot. My little guy is a trooper to put up with getting jostled around all the time! Ran back to my in-laws after the race to cool down.  Now I am going to relax and veg out today!

Oh and I am SO SO  HAPPY that my good friend AmberG (on the blog) WON for the womens and that Dustin took the title for the mens. Good job both of you!!!

Slept in and ran after work. Nice and warm! Hopefully I got a hint of some color started to my pasty white winter skin. My husband was nice enough to point out how white my legs were on saturday in my shorts at the race:) Felt pretty darm good today. Legs were sore from squats/lunges and weights yesterday but warmed up over the run.

Nice slow easy run with Heidi, Tia and Natalie. Ran 8.5 with them and then added on to get ten after. Legs were a little tired from lasts night run. Felt good, got a side stitch for a second but was able to take a couple deep belly breaths and breath it out.

Ran close to a mile before the run and then added on after. Felt very good. Ran into TylerS at the end of the run, he's down here for a baseball tournement I think he said. I was way overdressed today, I think shorts it is for now on. I better work on that tan!

Had a great group today, Court, Heidi, Tia and Cheri. It was lots of fun and we had a great run.  Ran our usual ten mile route. After I felt so good and it is so nice outside that I did not want to be done, so added on a little extra around the neighborhood. Wanted to really keep going but know I needed to be done. Lots of yard sales today!

Slept in and went for a run. Been extra tired this week, so shortened my run today and took a few days off too. After went for a 3.5 mile walk up through Snow Canyon with my sister-in-law who is due anyday now. Beautiful but cold morning for late march.

Ohh felt so much better today! yeah because yesterday was not a great feeling run but I think my blood sugar got really low. I think my little guy has been on growth spurt this week and I dont think I got enough fuel in me. I made the decision to not go with my running group, they were running 12 down the marathon course and after yesterday I was worried about keeping up and running 12. Decided to stick around close and take my cell phone if I needed Garrett to come get me. I planned to run 8 and if felt good then would add around the neighborhood. I felt so much better and just took it really easy. Had to stop and walk once to breath out a side stitch but then was good to go. I ended up adding on more than planned because since my body was agreeing with the run today I did not want it to end. Missed my group alot but was glad I went on my own so I could go at my own pace and not slow them down.

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses....definetly dont feel as guilty making them when I am pregnant! So all you women you have been prego will understand why I didnt want to get up this morning to run. Finding a comfortable position to sleep is the not easiest task to do, I have found this to be one of the most challenging things about being pregnant. My hips start to ache, my arm falls asleep then the other arm falls asleep, my shoulders hurt and my baby thinks its fun to play all night long and dont forget that small bladder either. So this was my night last night along with everyother night. About 4 am woke up for the who knows what time and didnt feel exhausted and thought I am for sure getting up to run because this is just not working (sleep) but then about 10 min before my alarm was supposed to go off I rolled over and fell into the MOST COMFORTABLE position, nothing ached and I felt like I was in heaven. There was no way I was moving out of that spot even if it meant I missed my run!!! So there you go, I think that is pretty dang good reason to stay in bed! But dont think I was completely lazy. I had errands to run after work and got home a little later, was starving and knew I needed to eat , if I ate there was no way I could handle a run and a snack was not going to tide me over. I ate dinner and then went for a 6 mile brisk, power walk. Took 1:30 min.  My legs did feel like they got a pretty good workout from it. Dont know where to really put these miles . But at least I did do something.  Plan on doing my weights while I watch dancing with stars.

Ran with all the girls and then added on a little extra to make 8. So glad a couple of the girls were still sore and tired from their saturdays run so we were able to just take it really easy today. Good for me...another day I can keep up with them. I am hoping to be able to keep up with them at least til 30 weeks.

power walked after work 4.3 out to my in-laws. wow that works some different muscles!
