Alarm went off and felt so tired, typed my text to Heidi that I needed another day to sleep in and recover but then made myself get up and get moving before I could send it. Talked myself into going and so glad I did. I felt a lot better than I thought I would once I got running. I must have slept funny the night before or something that stemmed from the race but yesterday my shoulder and neck started hurting really bad and I could bearly move my arm. I could feel a big knot in my shoulder, I had my husband massage it but it didnt seem to relax it at all. This morning I could feel it the whole time on the run. Good news now its feeling tons better. Told her I only wanted to run 8 today but felt good and we added on to get 10.

avg pace 7:57

2 miles walk the stroller after and abs.

will try to do upper body weights tonight if shoulder feels good.

WOW! 10 miles just 3 days after a great marathon! You're AWESOME! Glad the run made the knot feels better. You're so dedicated.

It was so good to see you at the start on Sat. You are so cute! I am so impressed with your speed and running ability amidst a busy family life with a baby! Keep up the good work! Sub-3 here you come!

I am impressed! I only dream of 10 miles 3 days after a marathon. Of course you were just messing around up there. Nice easy workout for you.
