Again very warm weather, totally overdressed. Only had time for 8 this morning, ran 5 with friend Nat and then had time to add 3 more. Hopefully tonight I will have time to do 2-3 more miles and weights at that the gym tonight. Its the college national championship game (FB) tonight so we might be going somewhere to watch it or having people over so that might interfer a little.

time 1:06

PM did 4 more miles after work, it reminded me of running in california ( newport, which is one of my favorite places to go running,) it was overcast, smelled like rain with a cool breeze. I love that kind of weather. So anyways I just pictured myself running there and the run sailed by.

I'm sooooo jealous of your warmth down there. Have fun watching the ballgame tonight. Matt had a little pre-game party last night with the cream cheese and pepper jelly dip. He's just a little excited to watch a good game. Have a great night!

I agree with Andee totally!! Have fun watching the ballgame. I signed up to feed the sister missionaries, not realizing what I was interfering with so Jay is hoping the y will eat and leave so he can get back to his game. Thanks goodness for DVR's

Good job Marcie! We're having really warm weather down here too, to my absolute delight. It came with the cloudy, rainy skies. Have fun tonight at your football party (you are a very good wife!).

Ahhh! I love running on the beach. I just read your comment about running in Newport. I've run in Carlsbad, Maui and Clearwater Beach. It would be fun to travel and do a race along the coast one day....daydreaming...
