Could not fall asleep last night, finally around 1 or 2 I did then I kept waking up about every half hour, arrrggg! Got up and went and did an easy 9. Did laps around my neighborhood til it got a little lighter and then did a 5 mi loop. Was planning on doing only 8 but felt good and had time so I added another mile. I actually have to go in this morning to work for some patients that come from out of town and can only come fridays and then cub scouts this afternoon:)

Avg pace 7:35

Bill that day is not to far away. Actually, if we both could run as fast as Marcie that would be awesome! She runs like a super girl.
