Finally I have a second to sit down and type my run for the day. I didnt have time to type it this morning and usually I have a second at work to but I did not have one spare minute. I also started seeing patients during my lunch hour so I can have Fridays off now, which I am so excited about (even though fridays have been just a half day.)

Had a good run this morning, nothing exciting happened  and no watch. Then went to the gym after work to get a little weight training in.

Good run! It is nice to be busy - it makes the time go by fast. I am not sure if my mom has the cabin over the 24th of July. I do not even know if they have done the schedule. I will check with her and let you know.

I know my mom had the cabin for 3 weeks in June, but Marty wanted to trade for her a middle week in June. Sounds like quite the day for you at work - it's good to be busy.

My mom said that she talked to you about the cabin. She might trade for the week of July 11 - 18. Not much better. If you end up coming up you are alway welcome to stay in our chaos.

sounds like you are cramming your days jam packed! Fridays off does sound nice though. Im amazed by your miles and very impressed with your consistency. It is going to be fun cheering you on this new year! Go get em Marcie!

You definitely deserve Fridays off, but how can you skip lunch with all those miles you run? You are amazing!

Fridays off- nice! GREAT job this week (you're already way over my weekly mileage goal!)

Hey Marcie, I'd like to hear your response on the whole eating lunch comment by Lybi -- you are eating lunch, aren't you? I often eat lunch during one of my breaks at work so I'm not off the clock.

Lybi and Michelle

Yes I have 15 minutes bw patients to go to our break room and eat. I usually take a turkey sandwich or my favorite is these microwave steamable vegatable packs with some chicken or string cheese for a little protein. I also have a zone bar or apple/string cheese, or nuts and fruit every day around 3 or 4o'clockevery day . I try to eat 4-5 small meals everyday (Body for Life method)(I usually end up eating more like 7-or 8 hehe:)
