I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Great run with Peg and Court. Felt absolutely fantastic!  Running the 10k tomorrow. Cant wait, wont be setting a PR or breaking the tape this year but I am so excited to just be able to be there and run in the race atmosphere and see some friends.

Glad you are feeling better and I also can't wait to see you and chat tomorrow at the race! Thanks for the encouragment, I have no idea what to expect.

Look at your miles already this week even w/ your 2 day break! Great job! Do you have a little belly yet? I haven't seen you since the Painters . . . good luck tomorrow, it's nice to pregnant b/c there's no pressure for you! I know you'll still do really well though.

Wow I keep saying that, but you keep amazing me. I just slow down instantly when I am prego. but It hasn't slowed you down much. Enjoy your race:)
