Holy Moly! It was so warm this morning. Was not prepared for this just quite yet. Oh well better get used to it. Again not feeling the greatest today, wanted to cut it short so bad!

Nice run! I guess it wasn't raining down there? You didn't run the miles you wanted to yesterday, so running shorter today would have been detrimental. The base you put in now will be a big determinate on how you do in St. G. The way we mentally toughen is to not cut runs short just because we want to, and not sleep in if our only time to run is in the morning. So good job on being tough mentally and not cutting the run short!

THanks Michelle! I need comments like yours to remind me of what I need to be doing and slacking does not help! Please keep them coming!

THanks Benn, hope your training is going well!

Wildbull-my legs, I have never really liked (granted they are the size/height of a tree stump) but April told me i have perfect muscle structure so I am beginning to like them more. THank you!

Way to get 10 today! Some days are definitely harder than others - in my case it is the entire week!
