I am a loser! First I was going to meet Mike to run and then some friends that I have not ran with for awhile called and wanted me to come run 14 with them over in the fields he was nice and told me to go with them. Well then I totally bailed on them too! I was glued to my bed and slept for 2 more hours and got up and ran own. Company is so much better and I missed out on it because I was to tired to get up. Sorry guys! But that extra sleep did feel so good! Took it very easy today. My quad feels tons better but my calf is still alittle balled up, doesnt hurt running but after it tightens up pretty good, been stretching ALOT! With Bryce coming up and my leg not feeling 100%, Its starting to get to my head and getting a little worked up about it.

I am so glad you have April to take care of you. Somedays rest is needed. DO NOT let it get to your head - YOU ROCK!!

I was just reading you were able to get your husband out for a few runs, that is just great! I've really enjoyed being able to do some easier miles with Sunny and she is getting more excited about running and more supportive of my training.

Good for you treating your body to some extra sleep. Good luck w/ your leg. I know you're gonna have a BLAST in Bryce!

Thanks Jody! I am so glad I have her too! I would be a total mess without her.

Dustin: Yah I am excited that I have he got out this week! I just want him to get a little extra cardio in to keep that heart of his healthy. He says he wants to run a 5k but not until he can beat me in it:)

Christi:

I read somewhere that you are not going to Bryce, bummer!
