I would like to hit around 65-70 mi this week. I am probably most likely running a 10k on sat with no goals in mind, it will just be a way to get a good tempo run in. I canceled my gym membership yesterday cuz I just wasnt using it enough anymore.(running 60-70 mi week just doesnt allow for much of anything else:) Now I will be doing all my toning at home with free weights and my exercise ball. (MWF). |
