Met my friend Peg to run 5.5 miles and then added on 9 after. My legs were tired just running to the corner to meet my friend. I was so tired  the whole run, my legs felt like I was at the end of a marathon. Got a horrible side stitch about 11 miles into the run, Had to stop and walk it out. I am just glad I made it and didnt cut my run short  like I was thinking I wanted to the whole time. And holy moly I think I swallowed a swarm of knats, they were all over the place today! Avg pace 8:11

Mmmm! Bugs-they are great for a protein boost! Sorry your legs didn't have the pep that makes a longer run easy. So is today your long run because you have exciting plans for tomorrow?

I'm probably doing an easy 6-8 miles. Wanna come with me? Well, for part of it, at least since you'll probably be going longer than that... :) I have state choir and we're leaving at 8 am, so we'd have to go early. What do you think?

Michelle,

No exciting plans for tomorrow, just a baby shower to go mid morning.

Ruthie,

Maybe we will have to get together another week. I am going to meet up with the girls I run with around here but were not going super early. I was going to see if you wanted to join us but I dont think it will work out to get you back in time. Have a good run though and good luck at state choir!
