Nice easy loop with Peg and Nat, good conversation and company. I love the social part of running and the friendships that get developed. I felt really good today so hopefully that means good things for tomorrow.

Lots warmer today-got hot with my headband and gloves.

Yes, I'm slow but for what it's worth WELCOME to the BLOG!

All these fast chicks on the blog are very intimidatingm but also very inspiring! I can only hope to be as fast as you one day! (but I won't hold my breath!) As long as I can see improvement I'm happy!

Hey running is running! Think of all the other people in the world that dont do a thing, so time is not important. Just that your getting out and doing it. I dont understand why everyone does not love running:)Thanks for the welcome!!!

Hey Marcie. I haven't decided what I'm going to wear tomorrow (too cold for shorts and a tank?) but I will have my two little dogs with me! They are a dead giveaway! Good luck tomorrow!

Good luck to you tomorrow. Hope you hit your goals. Yeah for running partners too! Nothing makes a run better than good company.
