I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Nice morning to be out, did my laps and then added on with my group. Felt really good today. I am so excited for spring! I love March April and May.

you are so goooooooooooooood. your goig to have a good race at Moab. I think you should consider not even wearing a Garmin at this race. go by feel.

Great job! I am wanting spring to come so badly as well. I am just happy that there was no snow today!
