Ran with Bull and Jeff. Almost just stayed in bed today, so tired! But I finally made myself go after getting up, getting back in bed, finally getting dressed, sitting the garage for awhile deciding if I should just go crawl back in bed, driving to the rec center and almost driving away before anyone showed up. Needless to say I kinda wimped out on my speedwork. Was planning on running marathon pace from trail to trail (about 4 miles) ended up with only one and then just chatted easy with Jeff. He comes wanting to do speed and the weeks he does come, I am a wimp!. Today I am just glad I ran after the battle i had to get there.

You are NOT a wimp! You went out even when all you wanted to do was sleep! Great job getting out! Somedays that is the biggest accomplishment of the day.

getting up so early some days is pretty tough. No easy thing about it. Thanks for showing up. you still had a decent run.
