Ran with Cheri and Marissa. My kind and lovin' husband was so nice to get up at a quarter to 5 and drive us up the course so we would not have to go back and get a car! What a sweetie!  We took the first bit pretty easy and just enjoyed some chit chat and talking about years past of marathon training. It now feels like official SG marathon training to me running with those 2 gals! Yeah! Plus the "true church" (our nickname for it) where everyone meets to go up the course was jammin with people today. Tons of runners on the course. Marissa ran just 10 with us. At our 12 mil water stop cheri drank some accelerade (she thinks it was old and bad ) and it made her very sick so about SC I took off to run to go get the car and come back (she ended up throwing up and felt much better and high tailed it in) . Here are my splits 6:55, 6:51, 6:58, 6:25, 6:24, 6:39, 6:43. I was really hoping to get a few sub 6 but I will try for that next week.We drove up 22 but then I felt good I ended up running home which added 1.5 extra miles and I just took it pretty easy. It was pretty muggy out and I have been guzzling water since I got back. Now I am off to go pick up my pre ordered copy of BREAKING DAWN and I will be reading the rest of the day. SO SO EXCITED for this book!!!!!

You looked pretty fast when we past you coming down, and Cheri didn't look like she was hurting that bad.

Great job on the run you have had a great week as well. And good job on the diet Coke thing.

I'm jealous you have the book!! You will have to let me know the details when you finish. Briggs just came in and saw the picture and said, "Cool trophy mom" I guess it's a keeper - where do you display it in your house!!!

Thanks Dustin, Cheri said right after I left she puked and then felt great. She was right behind me coming down but I didnt know. Great job yourself today, next week I am planning on coming with you guys since cheri is running provo 1/2.

Thanks Josse, I am shocked I made this long (actually Garrett is more shocked!) I dont even crave it except sometimes after a long run or race:)

Andee..so far its pretty good, takin a break right now from readin. Its packed in our office with all our other junk. No way that "thing" is going on display:)

You had a great entry going there until you had to bring up that dang book!

Good run Marcie - we missed the company. You DON'T want to know what the Bull is like when you aren't around!

You have the best pics on your blog lately. That's a killer trophy! You are such a great example to me with your weekly mileage and 2 YRS OFF SODA?! I can't even process that at this point. Great job!

p.s. Can't wait for my vacation next month to read BREAKING DAWN! Have fun with it!

Another great run for you! I bought the book today but cannot open it until I am caught up at work. I am not allowing myself anything other than work except for running until I am through this massive, crappy project. Hopefully by Wednesday my life has improved.

Great run Marci! you looked awesome running down the course. Really strong. You must of had a lot of road kill along the way.
