Ran with Mike and Bull, Bull pushed me hard today. Ran alot of uphill. My light on my garmin would not flip on so I could never see the pace. I thought it would end up being alot faster but considering the uphill I am pleased with the run. Very muggy again today.

7:12, 6:41, 7:04, 7:03.  avg pace 7:30

Thanks guys for a great run!!!

So, did you finish the book? Was it a good ending and nothing left open for yet another one????

Looks like a good run for you this morning!! Has Garrett been back out for a second run?

Those are some good miles for the uphill. You didn't look like you were even trying today. But, It was hard to tell, I couldn't have seen you guys with a spotting scope. I didn't look at my GPS either, out of fear it would say 10 min miles. Hate to admit it, but I was surprised I avg 8:06, really thought it would be in the high 9's.

this book. is it some book about a vampire romance thing! something to be said necking vampire style!

Those Hill miles will really pay off for us Marci. Thanks for a great work out. it is always nice to run a new course once in awhile. kind of scary in some spots on the trail.
