Ran with Mike and Bull. We changed our group name to The Bermuda Triangle, met for our 1st  "GIGANTIC" workout of the season. It was great! Watch out Circle of Trust, here we come!  hehe:)

Today I couldnt tell if those two were pushing the pace today or if my legs were just pretty tired. Didnt get our avg pace, stopped garmin at a potty break and failed to start it again. Tomorrow could be a long 20 miler. Dont plan on racing it but want a dang good workout from it.

You'll be fine tomorrow I'm sure. I'll be there somewhere so I'll cheer you on! :) You'll probably still win the women's race on a training run knowing you!

Great job! Good Luck tomorrow!

For some reason, I don't think the Circle of Trust is too concerned about the Bermuda Triangle or the Little Budda breathing down their necks in any upcoming races.

I think it is cool you guys can get together a few times a week for some runs. I wish I lived a little closer and didn't have to be to work so early.

I might see about coming next Friday and then going into work a little later. I do have 1st hour prep, which makes it nice some days.

You got some awesome miles in this week. It is nice in the mornings. I agree. After having it in the 70's for so long, the 60's feel so nice. Good Luck on the race tomorrow. Jamie and I are doing a 20 miler tomorrow.. but I think we are going to do the marathon path. We just didn't have the 80 bucks for a registration fee. Nice job on your run this morning!!
