Ran with Mike, felt awesome the first half, second half leg tightned up a little, but I am not suprised, April told me it would probably take 2-3  to see her to get the knots totally worked out because of how long they have been there and how deep they were.Going to hope to get btween 50 and 60 mi this week (will do some x-training as well), and not planning on any real speed work, dont think my leg can handle it quite yet.

avg pace 7:49

PM: did free weights, abs, squats, lunges, pushups, hamstring ball exercises (4 sets of 20), did 4 x1 min in plank position. I am going to try doing more core work at least 3x week.

Good plan I would say no speed until you can't feel it any more.

Glad you were able to get out and run this morning. Hopefully things will just start to get better from here. Have a great day!

Oh, that bites that you're dealing with an injury! Hopefully the cross-training will help by strengthening some of your other muscles. Good job getting your miles in nonetheless!

I agree with Josse (though its easier to day than to do if it's me feeling the pain). Great start to your week!

Good run today, You are definately looking better. A couple more treatments and you will be good as new! I don't know what you mean about slowing us down? Our pace was pretty sweet! Not bad for talking and taking it easy.
