Ran with Mike, felt awesome the first half, second half leg tightned up a little, but I am not suprised, April told me it would probably take 2-3 to see her to get the knots totally worked out because of how long they have been there and how deep they were.Going to hope to get btween 50 and 60 mi this week (will do some x-training as well), and not planning on any real speed work, dont think my leg can handle it quite yet.
avg pace 7:49 PM: did free weights, abs, squats, lunges, pushups, hamstring ball exercises (4 sets of 20), did 4 x1 min in plank position. I am going to try doing more core work at least 3x week. |
