Ran with Mike, felt pretty good most of the run, a little fatigued towards the end but not bad, was hoping to maybe get 16 but had to get back for a primary activity so thats all I had time to do. Had some miles in the upper 6's and low 7's. Next week I need to get my miles up a little higher.

Josse,

You are funny, dont be jealous because I feel like I am so out of shape. Alot of these miles have been lots harder for me then ever before. You will be with me or ahead of me at Moab. You are doing awesome yourelf.

Wow! looks like good weekly mileage to me! You're a good primary leader cutting the run short for the activity!

Great job on your run as well. I agree with Josse. I wish I had your speed but to each his own. Great job! How was the primary activity?

From MarcieJ on Sun, Feb 03, 2008 at 11:04:47

Christi and Linda,

The activity went good. I am actually not in the primary. They just had me do a little presentation on taking care of their teeth, so it was pretty easy, just stuff I talk about everyday.
