Ran with all the girls and then added on a little extra to make 8. So glad a couple of the girls were still sore and tired from their saturdays run so we were able to just take it really easy today. Good for me...another day I can keep up with them. I am hoping to be able to keep up with them at least til 30 weeks.

avg pace 8:54

power walked after work 4.3 out to my in-laws. wow that works some different muscles!

Notice my entry today and yours. I was only 3 seconds faster on average and I ran 1 1/2 miles less! You ARE the woman!!!

You are killing me! I though it was awesome that I ran 20 miles a week pregnant....WAY TO GO! You'll see the results of your hard work after you've had your baby, everything will fall back into place. How is your breathing? I remember it being hard to breathe, I could still go the distance but became so winded.

Thanks Michelle, k you just ran a half marathon on sat and did awesome! And thats about as fast as I can go right now!

Mckenzie, thanks so much! My breathing is still pretty good..so far... the only big difference I have started to notice is I get side stitches more frequently and I just have to take some deep breaths and breath it out and then I am fine, I am sure those come from my little guy squishing my insides! I can tell its going to start to get harder though the bigger I get. Hey did you ever wear any of the belly supports when you ran? I dont feel like i need it now but I know i will in the future. I have been looking at some (The Gabrialla-runners world recc. it) but I dont know what to get for sure. Any reccomendations?

I didn't ever wear the supports. I did hae a belt but it droe me crazy. I felt fine even the day I had my son Maxx I ran without a belt. People would ask me how I did it, I must have looked really funny but all in all I felt fine and never needed one. Does your belly get really hard/tight? Mine did as I ran, it would become had as a rock so there wasn't much jiggling around for him to do.

I wore a support with my 3rd just so I could walk. I was GINORMOUS (9 pound boy-2 weeks early). It helped take strain off my back and made it feel like he wasn't falling out.
