Ran with the club down the marathon course, legs were definetely feeling this weeks miles today and my Bajios dinner did not sit to well this run (2 bathroom breaks). The faster guys went ahead and  I decided to just hang back and not try to kill myself today. The nice thing about the marathon course is after you get the dammeron hills over (or I refer to them as the 3B's) then its just on cruise control the rest of the way. I did keep my pace around 7:20s for the hills, had a lot of low 7's and 2-3 miles under 7.  It was beautiful morning and oh yah Mike wanted me to all let you know that when we started out at the top of Veyo hill there was like 8 in of snow that us southerners ran in! (wink wink).

Avg pace 7:09 1:48 on time, and my hamstring is stilling feeling pretty good.

See, I told everyone on my blog that snow was going to be measured in FEET this weekend!

Great run Marcie, glad you are so well recovered from the race last weekend.

Oh boo hoo, we deal with that on almost a weekly basis;) Great job on this weeks running I am going to have to kick it into gear if I want to have a chance to hang with you in the races this spring.

I was totally kidding about the snow, it was like 1/4 inch scattered. We just wanted it to try to make you northerners feel better.

Josse- I will be chasing you in the spring races! You are so tough!

Sounds like a FUN run this morning! I love the marathon course. Do any of the slow pokes like me ever show up for those club runs? I would like to run w/ the club more but only am runs work for me and I'm afraid its only you speedsters on Sat. am. Anyhow- just curious. Great job today and enjoy your Sat! (leave the Bajios for post long run- right? hee hee)
