Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
Ran with the girls and then added on a mile.Lots of wind today. not my best feeling run, started out a little queasy but then after 2 miles felt pretty good .

Look at that cute belly! Really, it makes me miss being pregnant. You look so darn good, I am proud of you! Nice miles today, I am so impressed. Hey, I am going to be down there next weekend and would love to meet up for a run if you are planning on going out Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Let me know if so. Again, good job today!
