Reg tues run, felt good.  Nice and easy but very chilly. Once it gets warmer I will start getting up earlier and adding miles before I meet my group. (I used to have someone to meet me before hand but she has mono) Plan on getting out after work and finishing my miles. and doing some stretching. MichelleL (i think it was her or josse)gave someone the idea to stretch and read scriptures. I did that last night and it was great, that will be my new routine.

Forgot to start my watch today  but guessing it was around 8:20. Have a great day everyone!

p.m.Went out for an easy run after work to finish my miles. Was planning on 5 but felt pretty good so did 6.5 for an even 12.  Now I am going to stretch and read my scriptures.

You are so dedicated, I slept in Oops! I am going to try to get off work at noon and get my miles in. Stretching and scriptures, I am not talented enough to do that. I am more of the scriptures and fall asleep while reading type.

I stretched and read scriptures again last night. It was cool, I was thinking about running and eating and scripture reading and spiritual health and how "eating" the same thing, whether it be healthy food or reading the same scriptures, can be nourishing, even if not new, per se. I think this is a new way for me to do two things I find ways not to do: stretching and scripture reading.

It was a bit chilly this morning. I was a little nervous about ice but didn't come across any.

It looks like a beautiful day out there.

Great job on your run! Have a fabulous day.

Michelle

Thanks for the idea, its definetely 2 things I struggle with, so this will be good for me to try as well! Thanks again.

Linda

Yeah, about the stretching and scripture reading thing - I rub out my legs with the stick and stretch when I read my scriptures before bed, too. It is a great way to relax and end the day well.
