Personal:

Reg tues run, pretty uneventful. Kept my miles lower today just to be careful and not overdue it since my quad was feeling it during the weekend and yesterday. See April tonight to get worked over.
Hey! I love "I Run Like A Girl" I just went to a vinyl lettering party and ordered "Run Like A Girl" to put on a shelf where I'm going to keep my running pics & awards. I saw this at the marathon expo, but didn't want to spend the $, so I'm making my own. I'm also giving one to Heather my running partner. Just thought of you when I read your tag line again today! You give us chics an AWESOME running rep!
Those shelves sound very cute, my license plate holder actually says"I run like a girl" One of the gals I run with gave them all to our running group for christmas a couple years ago.
Linda and Andee-
Hate to say it but this is not the type of massage that you "enjoy" going to. It rather hurts quite a bit! but needless to say it does help alot.
Michelle,
We should make some shirts, I will check into that, maybe steve could have some printed up and us girls could all buy them. I like that idea!
Enjoy your massage!! :) I am up for shirts, let me know what you find out. Have a great day!
