Rode down to vegas yesterday to take my brother in law and his wife to the airport. Got home pretty late (for me:) and was super tired this morning. Didnt make it out til about 7:15, thats just too late to get started in the summer. Warmed up pretty fast but not too bad, the sun just gets in my eyes (and I hate running with sunglasses). We stopped at Trader Joes and got my favorite dried pineapple rings and ate some on the car ride home (late) and needless to say all that fiber gave me some tummy trouble this morning. Had a couple pit stops (good thing my sis in law was awake when I pounded on her door bright and early to use their bathroom!). All in all was a good run, hamstring started out a little tight but warmed up. Yesterday I could feel it throughout the day. Planning on running with the club tomorrow and getting some tempo miles in.

Good job going out and getting in some great miles even though you woke up late and had yesterday as an excuse to cut it short.

Thanks Michelle! and good job getting out yourself after the amazing race you ran yesterday and not feeling well afterwards. I am coming up for the Provo half so I am excited to see you again!
