Today Im just glad I got out of bed and ran. I was thinking of every excuse to stay in bed and sleep but I got out and as always so glad that I went. I forgot to start my garmin so I dont have a pace or time but guessing it was about a 7:45-7:50.

I'm excited to hear that you will have the week of Christmas off. We will definitely have to make some plans!! Good job on your run - we had snow, so that made it kind of fun up here! Have a great day, say hi to Garrett.

So great to have you on board! Cute pic too! You're times are inspiring. I'm just hoping for a BQ at SG Marathon next year. I live here in SG too, so maybe I'll see ya 'round!

Cute picture! I thought they did a good job on them. I usually don't like mine but I think I like every single one of them.

Josse,

Yah they did do a good job on the pictures. Pictures when your running can turn out so funny looking, gravity seems to take control. Yours is cute too! Good luck on your recovery and I am glad you are able to do some form of activity.

jtshad:Of course I felt better, I am totally fine once I get up and moving, its just the intial waking up some mornings.

Christi:I go to Desert palms(gone there since I was 12, except for a short time when I tried Golds when it was on Bluff). The picture is from the Snow Canyon 1/2 marathon just a couple weeks ago.
