Very nice run with Mike today. And the best thing was that my leg felt the best it has in a long time. Not saying its back to 100% but at least 85%. No tighntess at all in my calf or hamstring, but my right quad seemed a little fatigued and heavy. April said my body will have an adjustment period  and I might feel a little off til it gets situated. Used the stick when I got home.

Abs, free weights, squats, lunges, pushups, planks.

Glad to hear your leg is getting better. How about the cold/flu. It hit me pretty hard last week. Are you running with the club tomorrow?

From MarcieJ on Fri, Feb 15, 2008 at 13:43:30

THanks Mike! I am excited too. I better knock on wood though and hard!

Good to hear that your leg's getting beaten into submission by April - she is so amazing. Can't come to the run tomorrow, but we should plan one on Monday since it's holiday! No school - woohoo!!!

Ruth I have to work on Monday, but you can come run 10 mi with Mike and I on monday. We are meeting at 5:15 at SCHS right by the seminary building. That would be fun if you could come.

Sounds good - though I don't think I'll go all 10 with you, coach's schedule says 8, so that's probably what I'll do. See you then!
