Was supposed to meet up with the running club today but we went to the late show last night and then stayed up talking after and I just could not get up and then I thought I will most likely be running by myself anyways (I didnt feel like I would be able to even keep them in site today) so I guess I will just sleep in and go out later. I passed them in the middle of my run and talked to Steve H for a split second. It was Steve, Sasha (i was pretty sure it was sasha) and another guy i did not recognize. They were cruisin! I would have for sure been left in the dust. I had an ok run, the last 3 miles I felt like i was at the end of a marathon. Was planning on 15 but cut it short. Weather was perfect, not to hot or cold. Just right.     avg pace 7:41

BTW we went to "Baby Mamma" last night and it was so dang FUNNY!!! Amy Poehler is hilarious!! She just cracks me up. My husband and his brother and wife loved it too! Go see it!

Michelle:

Its feeling good. Now and then I feel a tiny bit. I think it will just work its way out. I feel a little stiff all over. I need a deep tissue but i am going to wait til after the half next weekend. How you feeling?

From MichelleL on Sat, Apr 26, 2008 at 13:34:44

I'm feeling good in general, though my 15 miler today felt like a 20 miler last summer, my legs feel sore and a little out of whack. Nothing a day off won't cure. I won't change my mileage next week much, just changing the 15 miler for a 20 miler on the weekend, so hopefully I won't have any legs fall off or any tendons snap :) We'll see. . .

Hey Marcie

We missed you this morning, you could have come and run slower with me and the wildbull. Funny, I was going to go see that movie last night, but figured I would be tired this morning, but it looks really funny, so maybe we'll go tonight. I guess a lot depends on how the Jazz game is going. If it looks like they can win without me staying home cheering them on then I will go to the show, if the game is close I will have to wait and see the movie sometime next week.

Anyway the run went pretty good, I haven't ran that far in quite some time. Are you doing Hurricane Half next week?

From MarcieJ on Sat, Apr 26, 2008 at 18:04:28

Dustin,

I wasnt sure if you and Bill would be there or not. Wish i would have came now.I need to start getting some longer faster miles in so I really need to come run with you guys. To hard to do it own my own. Yep I am running the half next week.Dont really know what my goals for it are, I have only ran it once and that was 2 yrs ago. I will just run how I feel. Are you?

Michelle

You are going to be running crazy fast here pretty soon. I hope nothing falls apart or snaps either, that would not be good:)

Good job as always, Marcie! That is a fast time for a long training run. I can't wait to see what you do in the half next week. Good luck!
