Well St.George got SNOW! it wasnt the light fluffy kind but really slushy and icy. Kudos to all you that run in it on a consistent basis!!! The roads were very slick today, we had plans to run 12 but with having to slow down so much we were only able to get a little over 10 mi.

I hope the sun comes out and melts it all today!

Avg pace 8:29

Went to the gym after work and did some weights. Wanted to get 2 more miles on but couldnt bring myself to get on the treadmill. Decided I would come home get dinner going and while the chicken was in the oven go run a  couple miles to get to 12 for the day. Then I did some abs as well. Now I am eating some a delicous chicken salad. Worked out perfect.

Nice job!! Running in snow and ice makes you glad you survived and made it home with out a fall!

MarcieeeeeJ - You are now a mini-WOW. You need quite a few more snow and slush runs to get full WOW status.

10 miles is always sweet. It is funny when you crank up the weekly miles and 10 just seems average!

Good job going the extra mile today! I didn't get back out, waiting for our food at Applebees, was like waiting for the Ice Age to end. Good start to the week.

Awesome job on your run! I stayed up late last night so I couldn't get up this morning. You are braver than me to run in the wind.

That chicken salad sounds good. :-)
