Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Did you have fun at Newport? Did you go to Disneyland? Sorry about your hip! Hope the chiro works it out for you! Dang, ya we should just hang out together w/ our little injuries!---let's do lunch! Saw your friend Peg at the gym this morning, , , I just stared at everyone on the treadmill, and tried not to give them dirty looks ha ha, as I was not even barely breaking a sweat on the weight machines. But, this won't last forever, we just have to be patient! Good luck!!
