How can you say "nothing spectacular" you went 10 miles! I say that's pretty spectacular. You changed your picture -sooo cute. Matt has decided he likes the berry flavored propel, and says that he would like to try a different flavor of the crystal light. I bought the raspberry ice because that's what I like, but I guess I get something different this week. He said the headache was finally gone this morning, I think he's coming down with something. Have a great day at work!

Nice Job - 2 10 mile days. I know the norm for you, but in my book fantastic!!

So, do you want to do the entire 13.1 mile course or a condensed version or what? And what time? I've got stuff at 9:00, so to be done at around 8:30 would be good.
