I have ran 20 marathons. Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

An easy 6 with my reg group of girls, very nice, always great conversation. My friend that i had been doing long runs with the past saturdays ran Boston yesterday in 3:31 which was faster than her SG time this year. I was so excited for her. I was always sad yesterday because I was not there. I definetely want to go back again and experience it again. (and hopefully have good weather!!!)

I agree with Josse, but the first step is believing it! Besides you need to join the OTQ chase with us so getting elite status for Boston in a couple of years should happen :)

Ah, man- I was jealous of the Boston runners too. I really hope I can shave 15 min. off my SGM time so I can go in the next year or 2!
