Decided this morning that I needed to get some cross training in, so rather than go run outside and then have to change clothes and drive to the gym, I opted to do miles at the gym on the treadmill. Did 25 min on the elipitical and then hopped on the treadmill, set it to 7.5 (8 min mile) and went at it for 8 mi. Actually for a treadmill it wasnt too bad and the pace was pretty easy so I was pretty relaxed. Then did about 20 min of weights. Now for the fun stuff, I need to do some housecleaning and laundry! |
