I have ran 20 marathons. Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Did ten miles with my friend Jamie (she is headed to Boston next week, I am jealous, I wish I was going since the Womens OT's will be going on). Then I was going to add on just 4-5 more on my own but when I got to the point to turn for 4 I decided to keep going. Did the ten miles route we did backwards and there are 2 spots to cut off a little so i did, I would have liked to done the full ten again but have a baby shower to get to. First 10 avg pace 7:51, last eight avg pace 7:43. Felt awesome and I am sorry to all you notherners that are having crappy weather but I am absolutely loving our weather right now. I need to take full advantage of every minute on it because its not too far away til it gets blastly hot!!!

Great Job! You are doing such a great job! Hope that all is going well for you and Garrett. Tell Garrett to not get to depressed over Tiger's golf game this weekend. Hope your's is great!

Wow, looking good! you were flying the other day when I saw you. I am going to be optimistic and sign up for St. George monday. I won't be able to keep up with you, but baby steps are better than nothing. Keep the training going strong. I am looking forward to your sub 3 this year!!
