Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

I'm glad you were able to get the trophy picture up! That is hilarious! Who in the world picked them out?! But you look fabulous! You aren't suppose to look that good after winning like that!
Hey girl, I love your pic with the trophy, (you're right though, they could have chosen a better looking trophy) but I agree that you look way to fabulous to have just run as fast as you did! You look so great!
