Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
Felt much better today. Had a great run with my friend Natalie. I am excited today is Thursday. I love the weekends, especially with this great weather we are having!
It was probably smart to take yesterday off since you felt better today. It was fun to see you yesterday! It seems like it's been a long week so I am looking forward to the weekend as well!
I'm feeling the spring high too! Good job listening to your body. That's what I've been trying to do this week too. (only you have logged WAY more miles than me while doing it!)
