Finally some decent mileage today. Ran 6 with my group and then added on 8 . First 6 were pretty slow but on my 8 I tried to pick up the pace a little. Felt good. Leg slightly tight but much better. So thats good for me. Planning on 18 tomorrow. I love long runs and they way you feel after! Happy Easter Weekend!

This spring running thing is tough. The mind wants to run, run, run but the body still in winter mode. Good luck on the 18 tomorrow:) Maybe if it goes well you will still come run the UV marathon;)
