Got up and ran 4.5 on my own and then ran 6 with Peg and Heidi. Then I added on another 2.5 mi. Took it pretty easy, still a little tired but a great run. I have been drinking one scoop of the endurox for the past 2 weeks and i think that helps quite a bit. So nice to have a long weekend!

I think the cheesier the trophy the better! I like it! I'd bring it to church and to work and show that puppy off!

I like your blog. Some great races too, I am envious. I am trying for a similar time to your half in Oct. I notice that you you mainly do long runs and not much in the way of speed sessions. I did that previously and it seemed to work well, easier too.

Anyway, good luck, I will look in to see what you are doing on your training runs. Your food diary is great by the way.
