Got up early and did 4 before my group run, meant for it to be all easy but had a couple potty breaks so had to push a little to get to the corner on time, so  had a 6:51 and 7:00 min/mile. Well there was no one to meet me at the corner, waited for a few minutes and then ran to my house to check my phone and see if anyone had texted, nope so I decided to go a different direction and ran into my friend from Logan that used to run with us here, we had just missed each other at the corner(I didnt know she was in town) so I was able to have someone to run with and especially excited it was her!  Just took it easy and caught up on life.

You amaze me at how many miles you run each and every day! I'll just have to start calling you the energizer bunny. :-) Great job on your run! If you do the 10k on the 7th we'll see you there.
