Had an ok run today. Not one where I felt great but didnt feel terrible. My foot (left) ached for the first 2 miles and then went away. My hamstring and calf on my rest side feels a little tight. I need to make an appt with april soon, I am way over due for getting worked over. It was defintely warmer today, its almost to just shorts and tank. Easy pace today. No garmin. |
