Had a nice easy run with Peg, Heidi and Cheri. Was kinda sad I didnt run the half because I had lots of friends running and I love race atmosphere but was glad I didnt at the same time. Nice to have no pressure!!!! and plus my ab started to tug half way through and so I know I made the right decision in not racing.

Hey Marci! I saw you this morning when I was driving to the half. You were on the corner of Bluff and Snow Canyon Rd. I honked and waved but I don't think you knew it was me. I was in my big white mommy-mobile (suburban). Bummed you didn't do it. You would've won. The best woman time was 1:30. It was a fun one. Good job on your run this morning. Hope the ab feels better.

Hey Marci! I looked for you at the half too, but I figured you weren't there when I didn't see you up at the front:). It's good to know your limits, for sure! I kind of wish I'd listened a little closer to mine...it was a little soon for me. But still fun. See you soon!

Smart Girl! I felt bad after we talked on Thursday but I still think you made the right decision. Sounds like you had a good run and it was enjoyable - that is the key
