Half with cheri and other half with peg. Could not find my garmin this morning so no exact times but Cheri had to be back for some early meetings so we had a little faster pace than we usually do. (at least it felt faster). Ankle felt really ok running but now after its a little sore but I am glad it is runnable. More ice and IB:)

I think you have inspired Jody to run more which unfortunately includes me. My dedication is not always there. I enjoy just to get out and get the exercise. Its good to finally meet you anyway.

Great run!

Way to run Marci. I agree with you about the snow canyon prkway trail. We always run down it on club runs. I wish they would quit messing with it. make it more flat.

You are a dedicated woman! A cankle would have called for milking the sympathy and a easier/slower/shorter run than normal (if it were me). Hope you are good as new before long.

So glad to hear that your cankle is doing okay and that you were able to get out and run this morning. My mom called and said that you has snow in St. George today - lucky you! Matt wants you to know that he's 16 days strong!
