I usually dont run with the girls in my neighborhood on wednesdays because they do a hill workout and my heartrate sky rockets on hills but they were just doing one of our reg 10.5milers so I jumped at the chance to join them. Felt great, the first half my legs were a little tired but the second half felt great and I even added on a little at the end to give me 12. Will do weights tonight after work. avg pace 8:35 |
