Met Court early to run a few miles (she needed to go longer today) and then added on a 1.5 after. Felt really good today. Some of the girls took off and ran some really good paced miles and I wished so badly that I could do that with them. I definetly think not be able to do speedwork, long runs or race all out has made me really appreciate what I was able to do before. I was getting so burned out last year and starting to dread all of it but now I feel so refreshed and cant wait to really get back at it. I miss it so bad!

You are so incredible Marcie! I'm always amazed by you. I know what you mean by the 'refreshed' feeling and being so ready to get back into running all out! It will make you that much faster and stronger when you do start running seriously again, it's great! Not that you aren't serious now, you still run more than me :) I love it! Keep it up!

I also can't wait to train with you! I'm trying to get fast enough now so that I can keep up. :)
