Ok so my 10 miles a day starts tomorrow:) Its getting to where its lighter in the morning so I can do my boring laps and then head out and feel safer in the light. Today I just wanted to get back in bed and snuggle with my hubby since TAX SEASON IS OVER and i have not seen him very much lately, so thats my excuse for not going 10. I told myself i would go after work and finish it but that wind was awful today. So I dont know why some weeks I am so gungho (spell?) and others I drag myself out to get there. I love running and am a mess when i dont  but I think its the fact that I dont have anyone waiting for me to show up some of the days (just when its early am). Days I dont work, no trouble at all, wouldnt  even think of starting the day without my run. Gol sorry about my rambling. Anyways tomorrows a new day, right? avg pace 7:23 oh and on a not running note...I have been on a dried fruit kick lately and just started drying my own and it taste so good. I dont put any extra sweetners and its so good. My husband is even lovin it (BTW if you want the BEST dried pineapple EVER, TRADER JOES has it and it is seriously heaven!)

Are still planning on running the Bryce canyon half? I am and could only find rooms in Panguitch about 30 miles away.

So glad that tax season is over and you guys will be able to get back to "normal" life. The dried fruit sounds delicious...I've been craving grapes (just like with the twins) and oranges. Are you planning to head north for any races?

Josse- I havent registered for it yet but planning on it if some of the girls I run with around here are planning on going, if not then I will probably bag it. Last year we stayed at a friends cabin in panguitch. It wasnt that bad of a drive in the morning.

Andee-grapes are delicous, esp frozen ones! We dont have plans to head up til june for the wasatch back. Hope you are feeling good! Is the nausea still pretty strong?

Emmy lives near a Trader Joes and I'm jealous because they don'thave one in New York. That is one in the + column for moving to Massachusetts for me. 10 a days?! You're going to be a lean mean running machine! I'll have to look out for you doing loops around me.

My favorite Trade Joe's food are "fire" raisins I think they are. They are amazing. MMmm.. and I love making fruit smoothies with TJ frozen fruit!

I have never even heard of this Trader Joes, sound like a delightful store. You will have to take me next time I am down in SG.
