Ran 9 down the marathon course with some friends and added on some more. Felt pretty good. I havent been on the course in long time (I have been trying to avoid the downhill) but it was nice to be on it. Its one of my favorite runs.My foot is a little sore now. I never felt a thing the whole time but when I took my shoes off and took a step, I could definetely feel some plantars. Been icing and stretching/massaging it. Avg pace 8:05 |
