Ran a few on my own and then met the girls for our usual run. Right calf felt a alittle knotted to start but warmed up by the time I met up with my friends.. Had turkey burgers last night and put maybe a touch too much garlic in them so this morning that is all I could taste was garlic, not a taste i want first thing in the morning!

I just bought some turkey burgers over the weekend to try . . .yum, . . . I'll be careful with the garlic though! Sounds like you have been eating way healthy, how is that going? Did you ever try that fitday.com website?

I love that site. Have you noticed a big difference in your training with eating healthier?

Amber

I have always been a pretty healthy eater. I havent changed anything dramatically in the past couple years. About 3 yrs ago I started eating the 4-5 small meals and balancing my carbs and protein. I have been trying to do alot more natural and organic and limit my gluten and dairy intake.I do however like my treats (esp after a long run or race:) I stopped drinking carbonation 2 yrs ago and that I noticed a big difference. I have gotten on the website once and registered but have yet to be back to enter anything in. I will have to try it though! Hey you have a personal blog, will you invite to look at? I just bearly set one up. garrettandmarcie.blogspot.com.

Nice run, Sorry about the garlic :( I checked out your blog - it is great! I keep thinking I want to start one but I have been saying that for months now and still no blog.

Mine still needs some work, its hard to find time to blog and run blog:)

You should start one (that way garrett would be more ok with idea that I started one) It would be a good way to keep in touch and up to date with what your family is doing!
