Ran with Bull and Jeff. Hamstring was buggin me all day yesterday and when I woke up could still feel the tightness, took alot longer to warm up and still feel it a little til the last couple miles. Had 2 miles at 6:35 and then some in the low 7's.

Don't you just love all the aches and pains of running? Nice job today!

Those were two good miles (6:35). You and Jeff rocked my world this morning. You were looking so very strong. Jeff Surprised me a little. He is a better runner then I thought.

Hey, do you want to run with me on Saturday morning? You'd probably want to go farther than I do and you'll probably run me into the ground, but I'm game for whatever!

You're so fast!!!! Good job, I read about your treadmill and night run the other day, I hear ya, it's soo much easier to get it done in the morning. Then it's done and over and not on your mind ALL day long! I still go at nights a lot though! Keep up the good work! :)

Bill, I hope that foot of yours gets feeling better soon! Yes Jeff is a pretty competitive guy, he just did an Ironman back in april. Pretty good runner.

Ruth,

Yes I would love to run. I think we will do 20 mi down the marathon course, but you can just park up however far you want to go. My friend Marissa will probably only do 12-14. I will let you know details on friday.
