Ran with Cheri, got to sleep in and didnt go til 7:15, soo nice! Today I think it was the coldest its been down here.  Well I will get in a little extra exercise today because I have to scrub  my house super clean. We are getting new furniture the beginning of next week and I want it squeaky clean when we bring it in. So I will be scrubbing floors and baseboards all day today! Everyone have a great weekend!

Sorry! Wish I could've gone with you guys this morning, but it would've been a LONG drive back down to SG! :) Good luck cleaning...

Another solid week of running and love the picture of you and Garrett. I haven't seen him in a while so the picture helps out.

Ruth

Yah that would have been a long drive, I am glad you got some miles in up there. Maybe next week we can meet up, if you want. And i am off work the whole week of Christmas if you want to run then too.

Logan

Thanks-you have all motivated me to up my mileage, I hope to build up to a solid 70 by spring/summer. Its been nice to have people encourage me to run more instead of the opposite of what I have been used to hearing (that I am crazy and going to get injured by running everyday)!
