Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
Ran with Heidi. Got a side stitch half way through, had to walk for a second and breath it out and then felt great the rest of the run.

I am doing pretty good. Injuries seem to not want to go away, but I think I am on the upper hand of it.
